  Left my son to rot in a basement. By the time I got him moved to a real funeral home he was unrecognizable and smelled horrible. These people even tried to steal my necklace I tried to leave my son and I had to call the police. The female director locked herself in her office till she found the religious necklace that was a family heirloom. In the end I couldn’t even dress my son for burial due to the condition they left his body in. He was only two months old. The fact these people would do this to a child is more than criminal.

  Dealing with the death of my mother was, of course, very hard. Billy was so helpful and was really able to cheer me up a few times throughout the process. Even after the services he remained helpful and advised me in dealing with some of the final things I had to take care of. A+

  Really, really disappointing. I think if we had Tommy handle the funeral, it would have been done well. Billy was very unprofessional, talking about inappropriate things, completely lacking in decorum and professionalism towards a family that had just lost a loved one. He talked on and on at length about his own personal stuff and we had to constantly rein him in to talk about the funeral. Started the conversation not with, "I'm sorry for your loss" but talk about inheritance taxes. Mistakes were made and there was no accountability or apology. Unfortunately, you can never have a "do-over" for a funeral. Our family deserved better.

  Yrs ago we had out mother taken here one night my sister's and I got together and went out..we ran Into the O:'leary brothers ..well it was one of the worse nights of our life..we were grieving our Mothers death ..they came up to us and started talking to us ,and began to describe what our mother looked like..we did not want to hear this and they still continued. .and it was beyond horrible and really sick what they were saying, so ,so wrong and unprofessional. We will never forget this..if I could give no stars I would..and should have left a review sooner

  Not a good experience with this company. They handled my mom-in-laws funeral and did it badly. Bungled the family's names on the obituary. Limos provided were dented, interiors were dirty. Failed to provide agreed upon services, and got an attitude when called on it. Funeral directors often have to see people at their worst, and how they handle these situations defines their professionalism. Bill handled things badly. Your family deserves better than this.
